How much is it for my taxi??

Click here for a rough guide,  http://worldtaximeter.com/sydney   This is an estimation only and may not include tolls.   The estimated fare may vary due to various factors.  eg Traffic, Accident, Breakdown, Roadworks Tollways  and so on.  However we have found it to be a good estimation method and very accurate in most cases.

For a short fare in an 11 seater (8-11 passengers) I will quote a flat maximum fare including up to fifteen minutes waiting timeand tolls,  and similar for a seven seater (5-7 passengers.   Remember if you are booking a maxi cab or a maxi style taxi for the purpose of transporting a group, add fify percent (50%) to the estimated fare.  This is generally a saving for the passenger as if you have fiveto eight people you would need two taxis and for nine to eleven people you would need three.

Credit provider surcharge

The Federal Government permits credit merchandisers to levy a fee on customers who choose to pay for services by credit.

While this matter is not regulated by the Department of Transport, passengers are reminded that they are likely to incur a merchandising fee if they pay their taxi fare by EFTPOS, credit card or Cabcharge payment system. The fee level is set by the payment system provider.
